For those clients who may have a full time I.T. person or maybe just need help every now and then. Under this agreement we include your antivirus and anti-malware software and license. We use our remote support agent to access PCs and troubleshoot. If we do not need to "roll a truck" then you are fixed faster and for less money. We also monitor (24/7) key items on desktops, servers, and network devices. Some of the things we monitor are disk errors, patch management, antivirus software status, and server uptime. Our CTS clients receive a 15% discount, priority service and no change for technology planning and pre-purchase advise.
Managed and Monitored Client - MMC
This has been our managed service offering for 10 years now. Long before managed services was the buzz in all the technology trade shows. You get all the benefits of the CTS agreement, and more. Each month you get a block of hours for I.T. services if you go over the block (most of our clients do not unless they are doing a project like adding a new server) then you pay a reduced hourly rate. You also get our CNSExchangeDefender service to block spam and virus attacks to your mail server. This is our most popular plan for small business.
The Insurance Plan - TIP
This is what most computer people call "managed services". In short we cover all of you technology needs from the "I cannot print" to "the server crashed" for one flat month fee. With "The Insurance Plan" our clients benefit from peace of mind in knowing their technology issues are our problem, not theirs.
